What is the difference between your kickers?
All our kickers are filled with a blend of 100% organic catnip and silvervine! The key difference lies in the fabric: our classic kickers are made with soft, 100% cotton, while our canvas canvas kickers are crafted from a baby canvas that's extra sturdy for kitties who love to bite, bunny-kick, and roughhouse.
How can I keep the toys fresh and fun for longer?
It’s completely normal for your kitty to drool, lick, or even bunny-kick their toy — that means the herbs are doing their job! After playtime, simply let the toy air-dry and pop it back into the resealable bag we provide. This keeps the catnip and silvervine fresh for longer. Please don’t wash the toy, as it may reduce the magic!
Are your catnip toys safe for my cat?
Yes! All toys are made with safe, non-toxic materials, including 100% cotton or soft canvas fabric, polyester stuffing, and our signature USA-sourced organic catnip and silvervine blend. Always supervise your cat during play to make sure they don’t accidentally ingest any parts.
How do I know when to replace a catnip toy?
You’ll know it’s time when the toy looks worn out, frayed, or your cat isn’t as excited as before. A fresh scent works wonders! And honestly — can a cat ever have too many toys?
What materials do you use?
We use 100% cotton or soft canvas fabric, polyester stuffing, and crinkly plastic film for extra stimulation. Our herbs are a premium organic catnip and silvervine blend sourced from the USA. Every piece is handmade in Singapore by one human and one very sassy tuxedo cat.
Shipping
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer two options:
- Smartpac
- Courier (for larger or bulkier orders)
SmartPac is only available if your cart contains:

✔️ No more than 1 catnip kicker
If your order exceeds this, please select the courier option. Otherwise, we’ll reach out to arrange a shipping upgrade.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing takes 2-3 working days. Shipping typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your selected method. Once your order leaves our paws, we unfortunately can’t control delivery times, but we’ll always try our best to help if something goes astray!
Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please give it a few extra days in case of delays. If it's still missing, reach out to us with your order number and we’ll help track it down.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’d love to! If you’re overseas and keen to order, drop us a message so we can figure out where our catnip magic is wanted most
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping ranges from $2.20 to $5.00 based on the size of your order and shipping method.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
As our products are handmade and intended for pets, all sales are final. Please review your items carefully before purchase.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Oh no! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your item and we’ll make it right. We will ask that you send us a photo of the damage or defect so we can best assess it.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer exchanges, but if your product is damaged or defective, we’ll gladly assist. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do! We’re happy to take custom orders based on fabric prints, colours, or specific preferences you might have. Custom pieces are a bit more meow-gical to make and will cost a little more, but they’re totally worth it! Just drop us a message and let’s make something purrfect together.
Do you do wholesale or stockists?
Yes, we do! While we’re a one-woman, handmade operation (with Korokke-chan as our quality control officer), we’re open to small-batch wholesale partnerships and stockist opportunities, especially with shops that share our love for well-made, whimsical goodies. Get in touch and let’s chat!
